Yes, we do rent out hardware. You can even rent hardware without organizing an event. As long as the rental period is shorter than 3 months and you provide us with a VAT-number, there is no problem! (Link to rental)
- I am organizing an event. What can Cerix do for me?
Cerix does not organize events but offers a full service in ICT solutions for your event. From registration web sites, entry badges, hardware rental, networks, on-site technical assistance, and Internet… to the logistical organization of your event (transport, installing the equipment, pick-up and delivery). You do not need to be an expert in ICT; we advise on the best and least expensive solutions for you.

- Does Cerix install software?
Yes, we do. Cerix installs your software and configures any program you need, as long as it is on Cerix hardware.
- How long does it take to get a quotation from Cerix?
Cerix is reputed for its short response time to rental demands. For events we need more time as these demand more preparation. Our internal sales team is happy to deal with your demand. - Can I get a discount if I rent more than one pc at a time?
Cerix has a very large stock of equipment and we take on small, medium and large requests. There is no discount for larger quantities. However, the prices decrease dramatically the longer you rent from us.
- Can I extend the rental period?
Yes, you can if the extension period is not longer than the original renting period. If it is, then we make up a new contract.
- Do I need to pay for pick-up and delivery days as well?
No, this service is included. You do not pay for the day before a delivery and the evening of the pick-up, but of course we do charge for the delivery and pick up/delivery services.
- How fast can you deliver?
If you provide us with all the necessary information and if the equipment you request is in stock, we can react very quickly. Call us or fill out the form on this site in order to accelerate the process of receiving a quotation. Your order will be delivered as soon as possible.
- Does Cerix provide on-site assistance?
Cerix provides on-site assistance for complex installations, registration desks and entry badges. For events, we insist on technical assistance on-site. After so much preparation and hard work we want to be prepared and on stand-by to solve any technical problems.
- Does Cerix have large training rooms available?

- Does Cerix only work in Belgium?
Not at all. We are a Belgium-based company, like most of our customers. But events, fairs, tradeshows, etc, can take place anywhere in Europe. We have the necessary experience and transport facilities to deliver to the country of your choice.
- Is catering and hotel accommodation provided when I book Cerix Center training rooms?
