Internal Sales Executive (M/F)

Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Prospecting mainly from a given list of customers
  • Contacting targeted prospects (guideline given by the marketing department)
  • Handling all incoming calls, mainly from customers, regarding their hardware/ software and service needs for their events, expos, seminars, tradeshows…
  • Handling all incoming calls from new customers to help them decide what they need for their events, fairs...
  • Making quotes and proposals, in collaboration with the technical team for more complex questions
  • Ensuring telephone follow-up on the customer’s events

Profile of our ideal candidate:

  • Graduate (preferably with 2 years of similar experience)
  • Trilingual: French, Dutch and English
  • Eager to contact customers and prospects, mainly by phone
  • Excellent telephone skills, dynamic voice
  • Customer-oriented
  • Good listener, fast understanding and able to direct a meeting towards a result
  • Able to handle a variety of tasks
  • Interest in ICT and/or events is an advantage (no experience necessary)
  • Precise, organized, meticulous
  • PC literate (common applications)
  • Flexible
  • Pro-active, self-motivator
