Internal Sales Executive (M/F)
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Prospecting mainly from a given list of customers
- Contacting targeted prospects (guideline given by the marketing department)
- Handling all incoming calls, mainly from customers, regarding their hardware/ software and service needs for their events, expos, seminars, tradeshows…
- Handling all incoming calls from new customers to help them decide what they need for their events, fairs...
- Making quotes and proposals, in collaboration with the technical team for more complex questions
- Ensuring telephone follow-up on the customer’s events
Profile of our ideal candidate:
- Graduate (preferably with 2 years of similar experience)
- Trilingual: French, Dutch and English
- Eager to contact customers and prospects, mainly by phone
- Excellent telephone skills, dynamic voice
- Customer-oriented
- Good listener, fast understanding and able to direct a meeting towards a result
- Able to handle a variety of tasks
- Interest in ICT and/or events is an advantage (no experience necessary)
- Precise, organized, meticulous
- PC literate (common applications)
- Flexible
- Pro-active, self-motivator
